This introduction workshop is an invitation to all who want to get to know the Aviva Method for the first time and to all who want to refresh their knowledge. We start on Saturday afternoon with the basics and go through all 18 exercises of the Aviva Method in two intensive blocks until Sunday noon.
Afterwards you will be well equipped to practice independently at home.
